hi I cannot seem to find the answer, can anyone help please as am stuck. I am in the process of doing my ESA to UC migration, i am on income based and LCWRA. This is the question: Are you recovering from, receiving or expecting to receive any medical treatments?
It's pretty much self explanatory - they're asking if you're having medical treatment at this moment, or have had in the past that you're recovering from? and Are you expecting any future medical treatment.
