Verifying ID in UC move

I've just created my account as I'm on forced migration from ir ESA to UC. I've read through the file created for this on here, which is very helpful, but I can't see where I verify my ID using my passport and drivers license. Am I missing something very obvious?

I'm sure you have to actually go through making a claim then confirm ID in appropriate section .

I used passport and driving licence for ID and it was initially rejected on system..It was my mistake.
You must enter ID details exactly as they are on your documents ie Don't use lower case when it's upper case and vice versa.

I did my migration last night. Once the claim was submitted I then had to verify my identity. I used my passport and credit reference information. If you have access to one of the CR agency websites it is worth it, as it is questions like when did you last open a bank account, when if ever did you have HP that sort of thing.
I managed to have my identity confirmed online, but I wouldn't mind betting I will have a call too

Thank you all for your help. I was following the mandatory migration guide from here and I was under the impression from that that verifying ID was the next step after registration. It's my brain fogged brain I guess.
