Question on an appeal or a change in circumstances

Hi Onyx123

The law says a person must be able to complete an activity as often as the individual activity requires ie do it repeatedly.

Here's an example of a person being unable to do something repeatedly.
"A person may be able to get themselves off the toilet using a grab rail, but it would be so painful and tiring
that they would not be able to do it repeatedly (as often as required) throughout the day.

Hope that helps.
