The form doesn't ask you what sort of assessment you would like. If people have a request, then they put it on the part where it asks if you have anything else you want to tell them.

If you didn't do that, you need to wait to see what they say. You can ask them to change the assessment type but they don't have to agree. You have two chances in which you can do this, but once it has been decided claimants have to go with what they say.
