hello! I'm subscribed (long time, youz are great, dla to pip to uc!), and I'm reading, and I've submitted my mandatory reconsideration request. but today I was notified that none of the three uc50s that I have filled out over the past...9 months? and sent in have been received. I had trouble with my dla forms being recd, then my pip also. uc went easier, in person. but three times this round! has anyone had experience of appealing a decision on this basis (or similar) who is willing to say how it went? thanks for the help! kind regards cath tyler
I'm sorry to hear of your position. You say the DWP hasn't received three of your forms. Did you not send them with proof of posting or by tracked post?
Hopefully, someone will be able to tell you of their experience.
