Indeed.
Yes, I sent two 'reasonable adjustment' messages in response to the first in-person JobCentre appointment, and another in response to this second in-person JobCentre appointment.
I rose above the temptation to be sarcastic!
If they don't respond again, I'll ask CAB Help to Claim to assist once more.

The omnishambles staggers on. Posting partly for info, and partly in disbelief
An out-of-area jobcentre person wrote in my journal that I've agreed my commitments and there's no need to attend the jobcentre. Great, I though, progress.
I was requested to email further financial information, which I did.
This generated an instruction to attend a meeting... which, for the 3rd or 4th time, I declined politely.
Next came a reminder for said meeting, which I ignored.
Cue: failure to attend appointment message, which I queried.
Lastly, I received a journal message stating that when sending copy documents electronically, they also have to be produced as paper copies at the jobcentre - really?!
So if I can't get there, I have to 'send a friend' with the hard copies. There's no-one I can ask to do this, they're both too poorly themselves.
