Esa to uc. Transitional payment was created by blueshouter
Began migration from esa support group to uc in May and today I've received my first statement.

Standard allowance is correct and disability payment is also, however there is no mention of my transitional element of £257.23?.

How do I raise this issue with the Dwp and complain and is this normally what happens when moving over.

They have a backlog of transitional protection payments - and it is added separately so lots of people are not getting it immediately. You can always raise the issue in your journal - just ask them when you are going to receive it.
