Hi john

Yes what you say is correct. So to be a Work Coach the qualification need is the equivalent of one GCSE in Maths and one in English.

Hi David

As you have said, this should have been rolled out until 2028. Perhaps then where there are the, for want of a better expression, managed migration claims where there is this dual element attached they do NOT know what they are doing!

For me, I am now glad that I did go the way that I have with the 'Managed Migration' as the CAB are with me until the final correct payment, However, thus far they have put me through an awful lot that I should NEVER had to have been put through being managed migrated across in the Support Group from ESA.

The last CAB call handler was much better than the one that I had to post another post to you about. She did ask me if I wanted to make a complaint about the mess as wrong advice from their previous CAB advisor and the UC department.

She told them straight at UC while being on the phone, she was NOT rude but she had to point it out to the DWP I am 3 weeks into this managed migration process now. It takes 5 weeks but before that I have got to ensure that ESA having the dual claim New Style ESA with UC that New Style ESA department have done correctly what they need to do on Wednesday 9 July!

That has also thrown up INACCURATE demands!

Absolutely whacked out with the entire system, with little and no support from where I should be able to turn.

Apart from pockets of those select few that where I live have seen and KNOW the state everything is in where I live.

Therefore, in other words, the DWP absolutely treated their experienced and qualified staff more than appallingly lost them and then regretted it and then employed 'newbies' with NO clue and dropped the standards by employing those with the bare minimal of qualifications.

That just about sums it up!

So DWP lost competent, loyal and experienced staff and replaced those people with minimal qualifications who I might add are downright rude and oppressive coupled with NOT having a clue,

That explains a lot, thanks john.

Just wish it was NOT the case because right now for me and others like me we feel as if they are making it up as they go along.
