Filling in online UC Migration form. Your work plan and commitments
Your commitments
Accepted on 30 Jun 2025 at 7:27pm by L
So why does the to-do list still state:
'You still need to accept your commitments'
Click on the 'you still need to accept your commitments' link and you get:
You still need to accept your commitments.
Yet there are no links to accept your commitments.
Keep going round in circles
Completly confused??

Hi,the exact same happened to me, exactly as you describe. My support worker phoned UC helpline to ask about it. Its just a glitsch and what counts is the bit you can see that says you accepted your commitments and the date. That is registered with UC. I even sent a message in Journal under "Payment' (before my support worker contacted helpline) but i never got a reply, that is 2 weeks now. Long and short of it - my application has gone through successfully (I got a letter from Housing Benefit saying so) despite that same confusing 'loop' that you describe, is still in my Account, theyve not updated or sorted it in my account. But dont worry, UC will have registered that you accepted your commitments. If youre still worried you could ask UC helpline.

Hello Layton12360,
The same thing happened to me, I submitted my claim on the 24th of June, my job centre appointment then came through for 26th to verify my ID, after this appointment I noticed in my journal that ‘You still need to accept your commitments’ was no longer highlighted has I had accepted them on the 24th when I submitted my claim, I’m not sure if this is just a minor blip, but I’m sure it will correct itself, just wanted to let you know that you aren’t alone and you’re not the only one this has happened too. Take care.
Marie.

Hi
I think it is because the Work Coach has not got round to completing the action on the Jobcentre's account.
