PIP & 50% off Car Tax ?? was created by DC

hi, i have recently been told that i can get my car tax reduced by 50%, as I am on PIP. my car tax is high as its a very old vehicle. I also have a blue badge.

Have you heard of this?? could anyone please advise how to claim & if its possible to back date?? any advice is greatly appreciated

I do not think it can be backdated, but ask when you contact DVLA.
