This is for my H. He has further evidence, where should it be sent? Not sure of the address if it’s DWP. Can I send it free post if so? Thanks 🙏

Thanks BIS.
Sorry I should’ve said that the assessment’s next week. The info dates back from November, but results of the test are only just in, & we’re still waiting for some which should be due any day now. Would it be OK to mention this during the assessment or just send off what we have & tell them there’s more evidence on the way?
Thanks 🙏

Hi Bud
I would mention it at the assessment. After you have been assessed contact DWP and request a copy of the assessors report called a PA4. You usually have to wait 48 hrs after your assessment or if you receive a text message informing you DWP has received a copy call them and ask for a copy.
The assessors report will give you the heads up if you have been successful or not, it will also give you time to prepare for a mandatory reconsideration (MR). When you get the report go through it with a highlighter marking any errors or inaccuracies and write down why they are wrong, the why part is the important part and then use it for your MR.

The assessment appeared to go well, unfortunately they shorted him of just 1 point for PIP EDL. They know exactly what they’re doing don’t they. So it looks like it’s off to the tribunal again. I have the report but not the official letter yet. But just to refresh my memory, do I put in a MR once the letter arrives? Then the tribunal if nothing changes?
To make matters worse the UC letters have turned up too.
I’m also expecting my tribunal any day now as well.
A lottery win would be perfect right now.
Thanks 🙏

Hi Bud
I'm sorry about the one point. You can put in for the MR once you have the decision letter. Let's hope you don't have to go to a Tribunal
