UC journal entry was created by Marie
Hello,

I do hope everyone’s migration to UC is going OK! I recently migrated on the 24th June had ID appointment on the 26th, seemed to go fine. Received below message in journal today to attend job centre on the 16th July, I’m assuming that this is routine I’m currently engaged in up to 5 hours of ‘permitted work’ (old legacy rules) at £28.92 an hour! As this is all I can manage due to my health condition. Should I be concerned about this appointment? Many thanks for any help/advice/feedback/input, as always it would be most welcomed!

‘What this appointment is for

This is to review your situation and agree new commitments. You must accept these to receive Universal Credit.’

Kind regards,

Marie.

Hi Marie

This is normal, everyone applying for UC has to see a work coach to sign a claimant commitment and to prove their identity if they have not been able to do it online.

Once your claimant commitment is signed your UC will then become live.
