Following on from the previous messages above, regarding TP not being added to my UC payment and them telling me I owe them money. (All details in previous posts above)
I chased this again on my journal 7th August and still no response
This problem was raised on 22nd July and my next payment is due 23 August. Why aren't they answering my journal messages which I put under "payments".
Unfortunately, there's very little you can do to get a quicker response from them.`They are supposed to respond within 72 hrs, but clearly that's not happening. You could raise a complaint. You can start this process by ringing the helpline 0800 328 5644 but you may not want to do this. I would normally suggest getting your MP involved, but they are all on their summer break.
