Migrating from ESA to UC was created by Ally111
I am in the process of migrating to UC.

I received a letter to say that I'm being put on New Style ESA.

A telephone appointment has been made for:-

A NON UC FLEXIBLE APPOINTMENT by phone .

Does anyone know what this means?

Thanks

Hi Ally111

It is called non UC as it is to do with New Style ESA but the phone call is made from a Jobcentre by a UC Work Coach. As you are in the Support Group the call will last only 10 minutes and you are asked to agree to report any changes of circumstances to the DWP and that is all the basic Claimant Commitment consists of.

Let me know how you get on.
