Should I amend before PIP Tribunal? was created by PippyP
Hi

Second time trying to post this, do delete if a duplicate.
I have a tribunal in 2 weeks for PIP. In getting ready I have realised some advice I had wasn’t the best. At Mandatory Reconsideration I suggested point scores based on this. However these scores are too high, I now realise after reading up. Instead of 8’s I should have put 0 or 2 or 4s.

Should I write to the tribunal/DWP and ask to amend my argument or just say this at the tribunal? Time is running out!

Many thanks

Hi PippyP

If your Tribunal is in two weeks' time, you are probably too late to amend your paperwork. (You are allowed to amend up to two weeks before, but depending on the exact date, you are probably too late. You would need to contact the Tribunal service to check. Certainly, you are too late to post anything. You can always tell the Tribunal panel on the day.
