Do I claim uc migration from esa support grp ,single or joint claim was created by KOOKIE
I have to migrate over from esa support group by the 24th of sept .I'm confused ,do I make a joint or single claim as my partner is on a spousal visa with no recourse to public funds .I've just had a text to say they will call me in a few days so I'm panicking to to it online first

Hi KOOKIE

If your partner were able to access public funds, when you received the migration notice, you would have both received forms. Partners then set up separate UC accounts, which are then linked.

So I assume that you are going to set up your account for the migration process. You will be asked to put on the form, who else lives with you and you will put his name on there. (but he won't have an account)
