I went into JobCentre today to ask some questions. I mentioned that when it comes to Claimant Commitments they are lifted when there is an Appointee.

The advisor said that used to be the case but was not the case any more !

I think it is something they are not being consistent about. I recently became an appointee, and I haven't been asked to complete the claimant commitment.
