Hi sorry to jump on this, but I actually wondered why I wasn't on mixed IR and CB ESA when I transfered over to UC. I had always been in the Support Group on ESA.
I've just looked at a P60 which gives a figure under BENEFIT FOR TOTAL CLAIM, but und PAY, TAXABLE and PAY AND TAXABLE BENEFIT it is zero.
I guess this is what you are asking this lady to look at?
Thank you

Hi Jasmine3234
That is correct and from the evidence of the P60 you were in receipt on Income Based ESA during that tax year.

Hi. Can you tell me if it's true that people in receipt of severe disablement payment (the one that stops when a child living at home becomes an adult), is paid to claimants in receipt of mixed awards, or in receipt of CB ESA?

Hi
No, apologies if unclear:
This is a single, claimant of ESA, in the support group, receiving severe disability payments until their child became an adult, which meant their severe disability payment (added to ESA) had to stop, in favour of a lower level disability payment.
Do you know if it's true, that the payment of this (severe) disability payment with ESA, would mean that the claimant could not have been in receipt of CB ESA?
As above, the severe disability addition to ESA was removed once the child living at home (with single, disabled parent) was assessed as another adult living in the household, at which point only the lower rate was payable to the parent..

Hi Justme
You are going off at a tangent again.
You said previously ....
"I do have P60 U documents, but was told these are sent to all people on ESA, not just CB claimants. Plus, there is a question about what benefits I have been on, whether they are right - or not - I don't know how to telll, as letters don't mention CB"
..... and it was explained to you that if you look at the P60 and the figures contained therein you can then tell if your ESA was Contributions Based and taxable or not.
