Not personally happened to me ,but just saw s topic posted on YouTube by a channel called ,"the Justice Journals" .
But the person on the channel said she'd been contacted by UC claimants saying they'd been asked to proved bank statements going back 3 month or longer.
So wonder if you or any forum members had suffered this?

I'm not familiar with that YouTube channel but there are some unreliable ones out there of dubious provenance. So the experiences of this Forum's members are the best indicator.

Yes I know who you mean,she took the dwp to court twice and won. The Justice Journals, Her name is Alison McRobbie.

Their is further information according to the Employment Tribunal statement:-
2. The Claimant was employed by the Respondent as a Work Coach from the
19 June 2019 until the 30 November 2023 when she was dismissed by the
Respondent for gross misconduct.
