Hi
I’m not very good at understanding forms so been unable to use the form on the link you sent but thanks any ways

Yet from what others Ive talked to are saying am I right in guessing that if any one been out of uk for less than four weeks hol then it fine and you can claim UC
It’s just how are you meant to show you been out for less that four weeks hol when any time over two weeks is only a two to four week box option to tick
And others are saying if you been out of uk for four weeks you can’t claim UC
Or have I been told incorrect info from others and it’s people who have been out of the uk for over four weeks who can’t claim UC

Hi j

I would not worry at all in your circumstances as you have only been out of the UK for 2 and a half weeks.
Yes you can clam UC if you have been out of the UK for more than a month on your return. You just will need to complete the PYCA To Do .

Hi
Thanks
So the information others was saying to me was incorrect and as long as you not been out of the uk on hol for over four weeks then it’s fine
And if you go out of the uk for longer than four weeks on hol at any time then you got to fill out the form you mentioned on your return

Hi j

I cannot comment on hypothetical situations. If you tell me your particular circumstances I will try and reply.
