Advice please

HI Everyone

Just an update, after waiting a couple of weeks for the dreaded call or letter re my situation i rang today, waited 2hrs and 6 minutes to get through, explained the situation to the call handler he put me on hold for 20 minutes!! returned and said oh they have written the arrears off as it was an office error, i aksed if this could be confirmed in writing oh yes will put a note on your file. will wait to see if i do get it confirmed, I did explain this had caused me anxiety his reply ok!!!!!!!!!!!!
