Morning

I received a message in my UC journal advising of a claim review this will be the second one in a year, I am receiving a call on Friday, I have not been asked to send no information prior to this call, has the process changed now. I’m a bit worried.

Hi Puddywoods

You're the second member to tell me they've had two reviews in less than a year. I don't know why. You can ask the question in your journal - though you probably won't get a reply back before Friday. I don't think there is anything you should be worried about - but I can't say why this is happening.
