Hi,
I'm currently filling out my latest PIP review form. As there have been no changes in my condition since my last review, is there any reason why I shouldn't respond with more or less exactly the same answers as last time? And, likewise, have my carer write a letter saying petty much the same as last time? I'm also planning to send the same supporting evidence I sent last time.

Thanks.

Hi eusabius

If there has been no change in your condition then use your previous application as a template and make any changes necessary such as change in medication, any new conditions.

A support letter from your carer will help, it needs to state what support they give and why, the why part is the important part.

Thanks Gary. Yes, I sent a letter from my carer last time, and she's writing the same letter for me this time.
