I have my Scottish adult ALD renewal early January and wondering what is important to explain in my renewal and in supporting letter from my GP.

Hi neptune1980

If there has been no change in your condition then say so, if anything has changed then let them know what has changed; medication, disabilities. If you kept a copy of your previous claim, use that as a template and make any changes necessary to bring your claim up to date.

Don't forget to keep a copy of your up to date form.
