Hi , getting a bit stressed as so near to Christmas abd waiting for monet too obviously, for my first payment statement , my payment is due on the 19 th so only three days away and have had no statement yet , extremely fed up . I know it could be late but as I'm waiting for my first payment it's stressful waiting .

If you go to your home page, it will give you a breakdown of your UC entitlement, were you offered an advanced payment? this is repaid back over 2 years, it is like having an interest free loan.

Home page ? If you mean on a online journal I don't have one as do phone calls only . I'm expecting the payment but worry about it being in on Friday abd having no statement is not helping me being anxious.

With a UC telephone only claim they should post out to you the monthly statement.
Have you received anything so far in the post from UC?
