They ignored everything on my PIP review form was created by Dan
So I just got my PIP review decision letter today. They have given me 0 for every section. This is despite having to take them to tribunal when I 1st applied for PIP. They seem to have completely ignored their own points system (again)
For example I told them “I am unable to prepare a meal that requires more than just heating up ready meals using a microwave” for the 1st section. They said "I could prepare and cook a simple meal unabled" and so give me 0 points. But looking at their own points scoring list, i think that should have been option C - “Cannot cook a simple meal using a conventional cooker but is able to do so using a microwave. 2 points”
They've done this for every section where I scored points at tribunal. I'm wondering if it is correct to call them out on their own points system? For example at am considering writing what's below.
In your letter you state that I can prepare food. As in my review letter I stated “I am unable to prepare a meal that requires more than just heating up ready meals using a microwave”. What do you guys think? Have any of you done the same for your MR?

I'm sorry this has happened to you.
Your answer is fine, but I would add that the assessor has made a mistake and remind them why you can't do it. You want to remind them that you meet the criteria.
"The assessor was mistaken in thinking that I can cook a meal and has failed to acknowledge that I stated on my review form that I was unable to prepare a meal.... because of .... and therefore, I should have been awarded 2 points."
