Universal credit messing my phone number up and I didnt get my work coach call

From application three way application via phone with citizen advice adviser i told the dwp guy doing my application i was having trouble keeping my old phone number after having to move phone providers due to my old one no longer doing landlines , the new provider said we don't think we can get your old phone number , so low abd behold I suddenly got a new number so gave it to dwp , then further along my daughter phoned me and saud you won't receive this it's your old original phone number is active again ! So I had to tell dwp and they saud ok , i had a wirk ciach letter through too along the way ( for today) then I had my first and second payments but on third it didn't go in my bank so i phoned the universal line she saud it may come on Monday ( it came on Saturday after ) I saud while im on phone just to check the job centre has git my old original phone number on file as I have a workplace appointment soon , she saud among other things ( did other post on that ! ) that she would email them right then to make sure . Anyway today No phone call from work coach!! So I phoned UC helpline twice ( phoned furst got through all secu abd started explaining no call then got cut off so had to go through it all again, told lady abd she saud oh so sorry il send them a email as they tried your phone but not your old number ( i fekt like screaming ) I asked her Twice - what happened dud tge email nit get sent or ??? She saud she couldn't see ! Anyway I've to phone tomorrow and Monday to check if another appointment has been made and what wait and HOPE they get the right number this time ? I'm worried now it's going to happen again , is there anything I can do as I don't have a online journal and there is no way to get in touch with my local jobcentre is there? Not impressed with this , if we do something wrong oh wow it's terrible but they are so incompetent at times it beggars belief.
