Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi David
I would warn you not to send in medical notes without first checking the contents, I have seen a few medical notes which were detrimental to the claim.
If you have seen any specialist about your condition, they usually will write to your doctor, You should ask them to send you a copy of the report.

Hi Gary
So my issue is I have actually forgot to add a lot of stuff
I told the dwp that things changed for me then forgot to add what changed they were saying to me you got 2 points last time but due to no medical proof this time your getting 0 points
I actually went to the hospital to see specialist again forgot to tell them
I honestly don’t know what I was thinking don’t know if pressure got to me
So am I able to add these things now and ask them to reconsider ?
I need to go to my gp surgery and get the names of the specialist my gp sent me too and the dates they sent me to them
I hope I can find out these things out quickly as I have till 1st March to send the reconsideration form in with any up to date information

Hi David
If your consultant has sent your Dr a letter then you will be able to get a copy from your Dr's reception.
You need to make a list of what you want to send in support of your claim. You can apply for an out of time mandatory reconsideration (13 months) with good cause.
