I submitted my PIP claim at the end of April 2024. Got all zeroes. Somewhere in there was a phone call and a video call. Submitted a mandatory recon, got all zeroes. Submitted an appeal, got told in November 2024 that it had been put on the court system.
On Monday I went to the appeal. Fortunately all three people on the panel were friendly and they asked lots of questions but didn't seem to go through the points in order. But they very rapidly reached their decision and awarded me more than I expected.
I honestly couldn't have done it without Benefits and Work. The last twenty-one months have been so stressful. Their downloadable guides were so useful to understand the process and help me realise that I wasn't being unreasonable, it's just the system.
Just wanted to say thank you for what you do and I wish it wasn't necessary. Feel free to use this in feedback or promotion or wherever!

I'm glad that you found the guides so useful and they helped you to prepare to put on a good case.
