Good evening my son gets full enhanced pip for both components he wants to go to college to do a foundation course can he apply for uc for himself while doing college we get the disability element in our uc thankyou

Your query is a bit more complex, usually someone in education cannot claim UC but there are exemptions, it would also affect your claim. We would advise you to seek specialist advice from your local Welfare Rights Organisation: advicelocal.uk where they can take all your circumstances into consideration when giving you advice.
