Hi there , I have been receiving fortnightly ( it's called twice a month I know ) payments for universal credit, im due my third one now I think but am having trouble understanding it , I think it's because there's 28 or 31 days etc in some months maybe ?
I've been paid so far as follows :
19th January
2nd February
Now I expected a payment on the 16th so after getting in touch ive been told its going to be on the 19 th , she talked that fast and for so long I lost the thread . Can anyone help in explaining how im going to know when my payments are going to be im lost of how to work it out ! Many thanks . X

Remember UC payments scheduled for the weekend will be paid before.
Have you checked your UC statements. They are usually posted on your account 4 days prior to payment and should give you some sort of idea of the cycle.

Hi , I don't have a online journal and I haven't had any communication from universal so am unaware of anything . Thanks for the reply . X
