My son is having a UC Review. I can't see anything on the site about what to expect can anyone point me in the direction of what is going to happen, what I need to be aware of etc. I am his appointee. So far we hve been asked to send in 4 months of Bank Statements, his savings account 4 months of statements and his tenancy agreement.

Hi

You want the - Best Possible ESA and UC Claims: a guide to the work capability assessment. You can find the questions you are likely to be asked on pages 146 and 147. Be aware that although you are your son's appointee, they may want to speak to him. If you don't want him to take part, then you need to inform them and give a reason why. Some assessors still try and push it and you may have to stand firm. If they just want him to confirm his name and you're happy with that - go ahead - but don't let him be pulled into answering other questions if he cannot give a good account of himself.
