So recently my wife applied for a mobility car .She has been on enhanced rate for approximately 15 or so years .However, she was refused a car as she has a review in under 12 months .On checking with dwp it appears she has been moved to a two year review form indefinite period .Not picked up on by us and unfortunately timed out for appeal.Its not like she will improve her mobility in the time frame .DWP say they are unable to use any discretion to bring next review forward .Any one else had this experience
