Another user has made a personal offensive post about me in the "News" section.
I reported it and it is still there.
Do such posts get removed or are site users allowed to insult others whose point of view they disagree with and make false allegations and aggressive offensive comments.

The News section is separate from this Benefits forum but I have located the Terms and Conditions as per below and you will see that personal criticism is not allowed only criticism of an argument.
Terms
Your comment will be moderated before publication,
We want people to provide helpful, informative or supportive posts, not ones that criticise claimants. Comments that don't meet these criteria may not be published, this includes - but is not limited to - comments that:
Criticise other groups of claimants.
Allege that there is a large proportion of fraudulent PIP claims.
Attack asylum seekers or migrants.
Criticise how claimants use their PIP.
Criticise other posters rather than their arguments.
Are off-topic, such as dealing with wider political issues or conspiracy theories
Are very long
If you wish to query a moderation decision please use the contact form
Because moderating is so time consuming, posters who repeatedly fail to follow the guidelines may be permanently blocked.
