UC new rates wrong on statement

I had my May statement on the 30th of April and my uc goes in on the 5th of May. I get UC twice a month but the new rate they have put is that I be getting £426 both on those two dates.
That my Tp gone down and my esa taken off is wrong as well I think. Unsure new style esa as had no letter to say any changes. My rent is right which they pay to the land lord. But I don't understand the amount of uc. I have written in my journal on the 30th but no reply yet. Yet money goes in on Tuesday
