My uc statement for my is wrong. I have twice a month. And my first payment is 5th. My uc payments is almost doubled on both dates.
Yet my nsesa ,they only taken £166. Instead of £605. I wrote on my journal on the 30th of April but haven't heard back. Did it in the payment section

Hi Andi66
When you send a UC journal about the amount of your payment don't send it to the Work Coach but choose as recipient A Payment then the message will be routed to the UC Case Manager. Hopefully the mistakes will be corrected.

Hi,I have had a similar thing happen.Overpayment by around £500.I sent a message in my UC journal..no reply so i rang 0800 328 4644 UC helpline.They were really helpful and told me to ring debt management team 08009160647 and tell them I’ve had an overpayment.Hope this helps.

This really sounds like Passing the Buck....DWP Debt Management are notorious for being opaque, slow and obstructive.

I phoned them again, they put me for the case manager . Got a letter saying I owe £426. But I get uc twice a month so how do I owe all that when I only receive first payment ,next is 19th. Also they put I should be paid £212, twice a month when it was £226 . It was that enough esa wasn't taken off. Does debt management then show that you cleared debt on journal

As you get UC twice per month do you get 2 UC statements every month? They should be posted to your account 4 days prior to UC payment day.
