Pip info using gov website was created by spitfire77
I wonder if you’re able to help thank you so much for sharing the government website which I was able to log into eventually. I have discovered that my PIP is still showing as of the 15th of July my PIP entitlement showing the original date of October 2026. I did have to fill-in. A form a few months ago requesting an update to my PIP but have received nothing since only a text saying that they are dealing with it. Do I need to contact them as clearly as it’s showing now that my people will run out in October this year?

Hi spitfire77
You could phone up the PIP telephony team to see what is going on. They are usually helpful. Let us know how you get on.

Hi spitfire77
The best times to phone them are between 10 and 12 am or 2 to 3 pm when most of the part time staff are logged on.
