CBESA and PIP was created by lulu
Hi,
i have just used the government service to check my current benefits today.

My PIP letter shows that i have been awarded enhanced rate for daily living and mobility for an indefinite period. Does that mean i will have no more reviews?
When i was originally awarded PIP for both enhanced rates in July 2020, it said that "we will contact you while you are getting PIP to see if your needs have changed and to look at the amount you get. This will be after 7 July 2030.
Which letter do i go by?
My ESA letter just shows "my entitlement details; you were awarded Contributory Employment and support allowance; entitlement start date 10 April 2026.
I have been on CBESA since 2011 and now i assume NSESA. The letter does not give me any information about reviews etc..
Can someone give me more details, please?
Thank you

Hi luisapucino

As your PIP is an indefinite award you should have a light touch review every ten years.
Your ESA will carry on as long as you are in the Support Group.
2030 is a long time away and in fact after the next compulsory General Election.T here maybe all sorts of changes to Benefits by then.
