Can I ask PIP to remove evidence that I have already submitted from my claim?
I've submitted the form online, and submitted my summary care record, but I've just noticed something inaccurate that would harm my application for PIP.
My practice have amended that and issued me a new summary care record, but I'm wondering if I can get the previous one I submitted removed from consideration and a new one issued in lieu of that.
