Asking to remove evidence from my PIP2 form was created by iradesence

Can I ask PIP to remove evidence that I have already submitted from my claim?

I've submitted the form online, and submitted my summary care record, but I've just noticed something inaccurate that would harm my application for PIP.

My practice have amended that and issued me a new summary care record, but I'm wondering if I can get the previous one I submitted removed from consideration and a new one issued in lieu of that.

Hi iradesence

I assume I am right in thinking that a care record is similar to a care plan. If so these are frequently updated. You could write to PIP stating that the summary care record of so and so date is now obsolete and has been replaced with a new one. Let us know how you get on.
