regarding the DSA. first you will have to have an assessment by the HE support staff and then, if you qualify, it will be paid in the form of goods such as laptop, dragon naturally speaking voice to type software and training, dictaphone, and payments for things like internet connection - after you have paid it you have to send them the receipt.

this is not an exhaustive list, but it is not a weekly/monthly type of payment direct to you

It should not be made that difficult it's more than unfair everyone should be supported while they are trying so hard to progress with their career but as usual it's all about money with this government - although I have to say it would be the same with any government at all, anyway congratulations on achieving your hnd and good luck for the future.
