ESA new claim was created by RachelPotter
Sorry to be a pain but when can you put a new claim in for ESA?

I am awaiting an appeal for not being awarded ESA in September.

You may start a new claim for ESA either

- six months after a Decision finding you capable of work, or
- immediately, if you are able to show there has been a significant deterioration in your condition or there is a new condition affecting your capability to work.
