I am afraid we do not advise on Tax Credits.

However, a quick search shows receiving CTCs does not preclude someone receiving Income Related ESA, whether the omission of Contribution Based ESA is significant or not, I don't know.

Your local CAB or Welfare Rights should be able to provide advice specific to your circumstances.

Ur absolutely right there.First thing tomorrow I see a new doctor.After that ,post letter to clerk to the tribunal requesting statement of reasons.Then claim ESA,then visit CAB and take it from there.Thanx for all your input,folks.Will update posts as the saga continues :lol:
