Hi all, i have just got back from the tribunal and was only awarded low rate care ,but awarded for 18 months!! no mobility at all ect, was pleased i finally got some sort of result but as the judge said they had to base it on how i was back in september and back then i was no where near as bad as am now,! am in constant pain in legs , back and elbows , whereas it was only interrmittant pain in knees and elbows before, i also didnt have the fatigue or the balance problems and stiffness on waking during the night ect.
So what is my next step ? Reapply?

Well done for what you've achieved.

I don't believe there are any restrictions over when you can make a new claim, bear in mind though, that a new claim, will mean they look at everything again, however, you can now use the Tribunal result as evidence.
