ESA claim was created by Tiny
hi, can anyone please help.. I have been on dla now for six years on middle rate for care and lower rate for mobility...I have epilepsy, cfs, depression, osteoarthritis and incontinence..my overall general health has deteriorated and my care needs are more, and mobility worse.
I feel that I should be entitled to high rate on care and mobility now, but am worried about having it reviewed as friends have told me you may lose it all together... My review is due in July 2012... Can anyone please help shall I complete a change in circumstances form to apply for higher rate, but I don,t want to risk losing out all together...many thanks

Hi Debbie
This is really something you need face-to-face advice with as it involves assessing your individual claim and supporting evidence, to secure the award you already have as well as getting high rate care/mobility.
Good luck
Derek
