Click on the "Help for Claimants" link in the orange section on the left of the page.
On the new page, click on the "Employment & Support claims and appeals" link.
On the "ESA Resouces" page, scroll down to the "ESA claims and appeals - old WCA" section, the Appeals guide is the 5th link down.
