hi can anyone tell me how long does it usually take for decison maker to look to change the decison before the appeal goes to a tribunal. thanks jackie

Hi JN,

It can take up to 12 weeks for a DM to reconsider an award decision, before sending the appeal forward to the Tribunals Service.

This will obviously vary from area to area.
