Trigeminal neuralgia and esa was created by Karen Ivey
I am awaiting the results of a reconsideration from WRAG to Support Group since Jan - onto appeal if unsuccessful. During the process have developed two new conditions both of which I have notified DWP about, had letters from GP to support and sent additional information regarding the conditions. Sorry this is long winded, I just wondered if they will add them to my case or just ignore it. I made sure I informed them prior to scans etc and sent appt letters. If it a how long is a piece of string question I am sorry, you are the only people I have to ask. Many thanks Karen

If you develeoped these new conditions after the assessement, or, were not affected by them at the time of the assessment, such that your answer to the questions on the ESA50 would not have been affected, then neither the DWP nor any Tribunal panel will not be able take them into account.

If they were present at the time of the assessment , even if you did not have a diagnosis at that time, then they should be considered, but it is important that any evidence in connection with them makes it clear that this is the case, or you still risk them being discounted.
