Got my phone call this morning as the lady said last Friday.

Very nice gentleman, apologised that it has taken so long to action my reconsideration, but it will be done asap, and that he was sending me a copy of the DM’s decision to put me in the support group. I did not ask for this as I had forgotten about it.
