I cannot appeal a suspension of benefit and up to today no further decision has been made.

Hi All,

Just an update on this matter, Motability will be picking up the car on the 17/3/14 I have received a letter from DWP DM saying that I am no longer entitled to DLA at any rate and I will be receiving another letter telling me what decision is to be taken about monies paid to me from 9/10/12 to when my DLA was suspended, and apparently I was under surveillance from the 1/10/12 to 5/12/13 a total of 14 months I was seen driving my grandchildren to school on 5 occasions and putting fuel into the car on 1 occasion seen walking approximately 41 metres on 1 occasion I was seen driving also 1 occasion walking on my front path , all distances are approx. and apparently this is to much activity to qualify for DLA H Rate or any Rate. I can ask for a MR , any one tell me what to do now, as I am at a loss and cannot believe I was under surveillance for 14 months.
